Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

At Lux Evnts, we take pride in providing high-quality photo booth and prop rental services for events across Colorado. Due to the nature of event services and date reservations, the following refund policy applies to all bookings.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure your event date and cover preparation, scheduling, and administrative costs.
Once a deposit is paid, the event date is removed from availability and cannot be refunded.

Cancellations by Client

Cancellations made at any time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If cancellation occurs within the timeframe outlined in your service agreement, the full balance may be due and is non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for events canceled due to changes in personal circumstances, weather (for outdoor events), or venue-related issues.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include a rescheduling fee.
Deposits may be transferred to a new date one time only, provided notice is given within the timeframe specified in your agreement.

No-Shows & Early Termination

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or if the event ends early for any reason not caused by Lux Evnts.
Failure to provide access, power, or safe operating conditions may result in service termination without refund.

Service Interruptions

In the unlikely event that Lux Evnts is unable to provide services due to equipment failure, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments made for services not rendered.

Third-Party Fees

Lux Evnts is not responsible for refunds related to third-party fees, including but not limited to venue fees, permits, parking costs, or payment processing fees.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
