Welcome to Lux Evnts! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Lux Evnts offers photo booth and prop rental services for various events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, private parties, and themed celebrations. Our services are available throughout Colorado.

2. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: To secure our services for your event, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.​

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.​

• Late Payments: Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund of the deposit.​

 

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Client Cancellation: If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the event, you will forfeit the deposit but will not be responsible for the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.​

• Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. A rescheduling fee of $100 may apply.​

 

4. Service Period and Operations

• Operational Time: We will arrive approximately 60 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up. The photo booth will be operational for the agreed-upon duration, with occasional breaks for maintenance (e.g., changing paper or adjusting equipment).​denverphotoboothrental.com+1JJ Photo Booth+1

• Idle Time: Any requested idle time (e.g., if the booth is set up but not in use) will be charged at $50 per hour.​

 

5. Client Responsibilities

• Space and Power Requirements: The client must provide a level space of at least 10’x10’ with access to a standard 110V, 10 amps, 3-prong outlet within 50 feet of the setup area.​JJ Photo Booth

• Access and Parking: Adequate access to the venue and parking for one vehicle must be provided. Any parking fees are the responsibility of the client.​

• Inclement Weather: For outdoor events, an alternate indoor location must be provided in case of inclement weather. If no suitable alternative is available, the event may be canceled without a refund.​

 

6. Use of Images

By using our services, you grant Lux Evnts the right to use photos taken during your event for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media. If you prefer that we do not use your images, please notify us in writing before your event.​

 

7. Liability and Indemnification

• Limitation of Liability: Lux Evnts will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the rental.​

• Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lux Evnts from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client's use of our services, except those resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.​

 

8. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.​

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.​

 

10. Amendments

Lux Evnts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes made.​
